These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GoldenNumbers website and services operated by Arcmead Pte Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website, requesting a valuation, or buying, selling or consigning a mobile number through us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

We operate a platform that connects buyers and sellers of premium ("golden") mobile numbers in Singapore. Our services include: listing numbers for sale, facilitating negotiations, arranging number transfers at telco branches, consignment of numbers, and a free online valuation tool. We act as an intermediary; the final transfer of a number is executed by the relevant telecommunication operator under its own terms and applicable Singapore regulations.

2. Valuation Tool Disclaimer

The estimated values produced by our valuation tool are provided for reference only. They are algorithmic opinions based on market patterns and historical data, and do not constitute an offer, a binding appraisal, or a guarantee of the price at which any number can be bought or sold.

3. Listings, Prices and Availability

• All listings, prices and availability are subject to change without notice and are confirmed only through our customer service team;
• A number remains on sale until its transfer is completed; a listing shown on the website may already have been sold or reserved — in that case the page will indicate the number is sold;
• We may remove or reject any listing at our discretion.

4. Buyer Obligations

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to hold a Singapore mobile subscription;
• You are responsible for checking the number carefully at the point of transfer (digits, outstanding contracts or charges attached to the number) — a transfer confirmed at the telco counter is deemed accepted;
• You must provide true, complete and accurate registration particulars as required by Singapore telecommunications regulations and the Telecommunications (Subscriber Identification Module) (SIM) Registration framework;
• You are responsible for ensuring your receiving telco account meets the operator's requirements (for example existing lines, deposits or eligibility limits).

5. Purchase and Payment

Prices are quoted and agreed with our customer service team before the transfer is arranged. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment of our service fee is due on the day of the successful transfer. Payments should be made only through the channels confirmed by our official customer service contacts (WhatsApp +65 9797 9767, WeChat sggoldennumber, or info@i.sg). We are not responsible for payments made to anyone claiming to represent us outside these channels.

6. Selling and Consignment

If you consign or sell a number through us, you confirm that you are the lawful owner of the number, that the number is free of disputes, and that any outstanding contractual obligations with your telco have been disclosed. Consignment terms, including duration and commission, are agreed separately in writing for each number.

7. Purchases on Third-Party Platforms

Some numbers link to third-party platforms such as Cuniq. Purchases completed on those platforms are governed by that platform's own terms, pricing and refund policies, and not by these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use numbers purchased through us, or our website, for any unlawful purpose, including harassment, fraud, spam or any activity prohibited by Singapore law or the terms of your telecommunication operator.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, number artwork and page designs — is the property of Arcmead Pte Ltd or its licensors and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising in connection with a number transaction is limited to the service fee paid to us for that transaction. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts and omissions of telecommunication operators and third-party platforms. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with its "last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted through our customer service channels.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
